Would you like to make your own distilled gin? Hosted by Andy & Zoe, the owners and distillers of Shed One.

We’ll start with a welcome G&T and show you our distillery and tell you about the process of gin making. Then, we’ll talk about the different botanicals and their properties.

We keep groups small so that we can guide you through the whole process-usually 5 stills at most, occasionally 6. You’ll have 40+ botanicals to sniff and choose from, and then blend your signature recipe and add to your mini-still where the alchemy will begin! Then it’s time for some sweet treats, tea, coffee and another G&T while you watch and taste your gin as it distills.

But that’s not the end. Now we need to find the perfect abv% for your unique gin. Again, we’ll be there to show you how and help you.

When completed you just need to give us an image and name and we’ll create a personalised label for you.
