Join us at Shed 1 Distillery for a fun afternoon of herbal ointment making, award winning G&Ts and delicious, sweet treats!

 

This 2-hour workshop is hosted by qualified Medical Herbalist Sarah Atkinson, owner of The Medicine Garden.  Sarah qualified as a medical herbalist 30 years ago after completing a 4 year full time herbal course at the School of Phytotherapy. Her training explored the mind/body connection as how we feel emotionally is often reflected in our health.

 

On arrival at the Shed you will be greeted with a refreshing Shed 1 Gin and Tonic, whilst Sarah takes you on a short herb walk outside Shed One before guiding you through the process of blending your very own natural, herbal ointment.

 

Afterwards, you will be treated to another fabulous G&T, a delicious scone with gin jelly marmalade and cream, sweet treats, and a pot of Lakeland tea or coffee.

-A 2 hour guided workshop
-A 60g jar of herbal ointment in a reusable botanical jar
-2x Gin and Tonics. Non-alcoholic drinks available. Drivers can take their G&Ts home with them.
