The Experience
(Light lunch included on Day One)
Under expert guidance, you’ll measure, blend and assist in distilling one of our celebrated London Dry Gins or Vodkas. Not in a mini still, for this ultimate experience, we’ll be using our 100 litre pot still. Learn about the art of cuts, bubble plates, and why the purity of Cumbrian water defines our spirits.
While the award-winning spirit distils, enjoy a private guided tasting of our signature gins, vodkas, and liqueurs, each crafted and created right here in the Lake District.
On Day Two, you’ll return to complete your spirit from start to finish.
You’ll fine-tune the flavour, set the exact ABV%, and then bottle the final blend yourself. After that, you’ll design and print custom labels before applying them to your bottles. The session ends with hand-dipping each bottle in wax for a polished, personalized finish, leaving you with beautifully completed take-home bottles of your own creation.
