Gin bottles near Ulverston Canal | Shed 1 Distillery, Ulverston on the Edge of the Lake District

Launched in October 2016 by husband and wife team Andy & Zoe Arnold-Bennett in the market town of Ulverston, Cumbria. Shed One Distillery produces award-winning, micro-batch, craft gin.
We re-potted our distillery from our Garden Shed to The Old Calf Shed in 2019 and launched our GIN EXPERIENCES, including Cumbria's only MAKE YOUR OWN GIN.
We are immensely proud to be the winner of The Gin Guide's ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY AWARD in 2020, 2021 & 2022.
In 2022, The Old Calf Shed WON both Cumbria Tourism's Visitor Experience of the Year and Global ICONS OF GIN: BEST VISITOR ATTRACTION.
