Whilst watching our Border Terrier, Gertie, frolicking on a wintry beach our thoughts turned to hazy, sunny days.
This led to us creating a gin with a lovely sunny aspect whose mix of three types of lime (petals, leaf and fresh zest), ginger, strawberry & elderflower can be enjoyed all year round! Who can resist a frolic?

Great Taste Award Judges commented: A really pronounced aroma of fresh lime, punctuated by some spices to give it appeal. The flavour is really well-balanced, with lots of the fresh lime character. With a good intensity from the alcohol to give it some punch. A vibrant tasting gin. 43%ABV

Wonderful flavour! So refreshing yet not overpowering when drunk neat - it would work well in most cocktails or in a Martini.

This gin was delicious with its aromatic flavours typically associated of English summer. Lovely to enjoy in the garden on sunny days and would bring reminiscences of summer anytime of year.
