Chilli Fest Gin is a celebration of Cumbria’s bold flavours, handcrafted in small batches with locally grown chillies and carefully selected botanicals. Juniper provides a smooth, classic backbone, while bright citrus, and a warming hint of spice create a complex, invigorating flavour journey.
It opens with fresh citrus and gentle spice notes, building into the warming heat with locally grown chillies, before finishing with a lingering, smooth warmth that excites the palate without overpowering it. Inspired by Holker Hall’s Chilli Festival and the adventurous spirit of small-batch craft.

We created this for Holker Hall's Chillifest, and it's made with locally grown chillies. If you are looking for a blow your head off chilli gin, this isn't it! If you want a smooth, heated tipple you've come to the right place.
*Please note: This gin has a yellow hue. Chilli Fest is made using our traditional distilling method; then, we infuse it with fresh, locally grown chillies provided by our friend, Becky.
