Perfect for spirit enthusiasts or as a truly unforgettable gift, this hands-on journey takes you behind the scenes with the founders and distillers, Andy and Zoe, to learn the secrets of exceptional small-batch distilling.

Your Experience

Two-Day Distiller’s Immersion
Day 1: 9:30am – 6:00pm
Day 2: 10:00am – 1:00pm
(Light lunch included on Day One)

Under expert guidance, you’ll measure, blend and assist in distilling one of our celebrated London Dry Gins or Vodkas. Not in a mini still, for this ultimate experience, we’ll be using our 100 litre pot still. Learn about the art of cuts, bubble plates, and why the purity of Cumbrian water defines our spirits.

While the award-winning spirit distils, enjoy a private guided tasting of our signature gins, vodkas, and liqueurs — each crafted and created right here in the Lake District.

On Day Two, return to complete the process: fine-tuning, adjusting the abv%, bottling, labelling and waxing. You’ll even design and print personal labels for your take-home bottles.
