Would you like to make your own distilled gin or vodka? Hosted by Andy & Zoe, the owners and distillers of Shed One.
We’ll start with a welcome tipple, show you our distillery and tell you about the process of gin making. Then, we’ll talk about the different botanicals and their properties.
We keep groups small so that we can guide you through the whole process-usually 5 stills at most, occasionally 6. You’ll have 40+ botanicals to sniff and choose from, and then blend your signature recipe and add to your mini-still where the alchemy will begin!
Then it’s time for some sweet treats, tea, coffee and another G&T while you watch and taste your spirit as it distils.
But that’s not the end. Now we need to find the perfect abv% for your unique creation. Again, we’ll be there to show you.
When completed you just need to give us an image and name and we’ll create a personalised label for you.
A 10% discount voucher is included to spend against bottles of Shed One spirits during your visit

Vouchers expire after 12 months from date of purchase.
To extend after 12 months, there is a £5.00 fee for a further 6 months.

My daughter and I had a fabulous afternoon on Sunday making our own Gin. Zoe & Andy were the perfect hosts. The session was not only informative & educational but so much fun too. We thoroughly enjoyed smelling all the different botanicals before making our own selections and tasting some of their own delicious gins. We felt it was very personal with just two other people there. The session was excellent value for money. We were treated to scones with cream & gin marmalade as well as other delicious treats. The whole afternoon was very relaxing and we look forward to trying our Gin.I would highly recommend this experience.Thank you so kim
