Did you see us making and launching our Ulverston '23 Gin on Channel 5's Cumbria: The Lakes And The Coast? You can still see it on My5 catch up. Well, here's this year's creation.

Ulverston ‘25 Gin is a true celebration of the town that inspires it, capturing the spirit of Cumbria in every small-batch bottle. Crafted with care, it blends classic juniper with foraged local botanicals, including wild herbs, and delicate floral notes, all sourced from the surrounding Lakeland countryside.
The flavour journey begins with bright, zesty top notes, flowing into a rich, aromatic heart of juniper and hand-foraged herbs, and finishing with a soft, lingering warmth that invites slow, thoughtful sips.
Inspired by Ulverston’s community, landscapes, and artisan craft, this gin embodies small-batch dedication and a love of provenance.
Perfect neat, as a classic G&T and a base for cocktails.

Description

Ulverston 2025 Foraged Gin.

Lady Smock, Yarrow, Sticky Willy, Meadowsweet, Water Mint, Wild Thyme, Gorse-all foraged within a mile from Shed One Distillery.
Plus sustainably sourced Juniper.

Tasting notes on its own:
Gentle juniper notes with thyme and mint on the nose.
Starting with a soft, herbal mix in the mouth, a tingle from the mint followed by floral notes.
A well rounded finish and length.

Tasting notes with tonic:
The tonic enhances the herbs and floral notes, leaving a pleasant dry finish.

All the botanicals (except the juniper) have been foraged within a mile radius of Shed One.

Part of each sale will go into our Marmalade Fund, to be donated to "Furness Homeless Support Group".

When we say limited edition, there will be a maximum of 150 bottles. When it's gone, it's gone!

This is such a light, fresh, easy to drink gin, which manages to be subtle but still has some really interesting flavours including a warming aftertaste. Gave some to my father-in-law to try and now need to buy another bottle before it sells out!

Five star! Purchased on a whim as I’m an Ulverston lass living down South and I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be so good. I’m
blown away! It’s light, refreshing and VERY easy to drink (maybe too easy!) and I can highly recommend. I’ll certainly be buying more as I can’t see this bottle lasting long 🙂
