We use fresh zest in our gins which leaves us with a lot of citrus fruit. Zoe mixes with different botanicals including juniper, boils it up and makes jelly marmalade.
Sometimes we add a splosh of Gin, sometimes we don't. But with the addition of juniper, you'll always get a ginny hit!
Not just for your toast. We also serve our Jelly Marmalade with our Afternoon G&Tea.
You can use it as a glaze for your meats, or a condiment for your cheese.
For the grand opening of The Old Calf Shed, we served "Breakfast Martini Cocktails" using both our gin and our jelly marmalade.

Was lucky enough to try the Festive Tipple. Remember thinking it would taste amazing on hot toast. You can definitely taste the hint of gin.

I was so excited to try Cuckold's Revenge gin marmalade. Is it too early for gn is often a phrase I use and apparently it's never to early for a hint of gin, delicious on hot toast for breakfast, the perfect start to the day. Simply the best marmalade we've tasted in a long time...
