We use fresh zest in the creation of our London Dry Gins and Botanical Vodkas.
That leaves us with a surplus of fruit that we've use to make our Gin Jelly Marmalade. And now we've taken some of that surplus fruit to create our first Citrus Liqueur.
With top notes of Citrus: Lemon, Lime & Grapefruit in a distilled floral and herbal base spirit, blended with filtered Cumbrian Water. Created, distilled and bottled right here at Shed One, Ulverston, Cumbria.
