We've made our multi award-winning Festive Bramble Gin Elixir for a few years now and we decided it was time to give it an update. Say hello to our Cumbria Bramble Gin Elixir!

Cumbria Bramble Gin Elixir is full of the best of the season, locally-grown fruits including sloes, damsons, heritage apples and more, infused with our warming spice gin.

So, what have we changed?

We've lowered the abv from 40% to 37.5% in order to pack in even more of that lovely fruit.

Serve over ice, as a G&T or warm and sip it. Also, goes very well in something sparkley, like Prosecco.

Cumbria Bramble Gin Elixir

Made with sloes, blackberries, damsons, and heritage apples gathered from around our l’al town, Ulverston. The heritage apples are grown by our friend Colin, less than a mile from Shed One. Apples include, among others, Dog Snout, Lady Fingers and Keswick Coddler.

We kick off by distilling a gin full of warming spices. Then, we mix in the best of autumn’s fruit and a sprinkle of sugar, to create a traditional, full-bodied gin elixir that's sure to warm your soul.
