Join Thea at Shed One Distillery for this two hour essential oil candle workshop. You will make your very own 100ml plant-based essential oil candle, whilst enjoying award-winning gin in a cosy and relaxing space.

About your host:

Thea graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Herbal Medicine in 2008 and began creating botanical products after training in the herbal pharmacy laboratories.

Thea has a special interest in psychology and sleep, and aims to create products that promote deep relaxation, help to relieve stress and anxiety and support healthy self care rituals.

As well as being a qualified consulting Medical Herbalist, Thea has also trained in Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique, Understanding Children and Young People's Mental Health, treating intrusive thoughts and inner critical voice and facial massage.
